Notes: Abstract From new measurements, a half-live of 4.2±0.3 s has been clearly established in127Pr. This value confirms our first result [4] and rules out other data [5]. The127Pr activity was produced by bombarding92Mo or94Mo targets with 210 MeV40Ca beams. The mass identification has been made using an ion-guide coupled with an on-line isotope separator. The partial level scheme proposed for127Ce has been deduced from β-gated γ spectra and Xγ- and γγ-coincidences. A new band structure based on a 1/2+ state is established.

Notes: Abstract: Direct mass measurements of A=80 isobars were performed using the second cyclotron of SARA (Système Accélérateur Rhône-Alpes) of the ISN (Institut des Sciences Nucléaires) in Grenoble as a time-of-flight mass spectrometer. Using the 300 MeV 58Ni +27Al reaction, the isobars 80Rb, 80Sr, 80Y, and 80Zr (only one event!) were measured. For 80Y we found a mass value of 79.934320(180) u, corresponding to a decay energy Q (80Y →80Sr) of (9120 ± 170) keV. Comparing this value to the former experiments of Lister et al. and Della Negra et al. results in a difference of about 2.2 MeV. However, it does agree with the recommended value of Audi and Wapstra, which is derived from systematic trends. For 80Zr the single event was identified with a probability of 0.999975 and a mass value of 79.940400(1600) u could be deduced from our experiment.

Notes: Abstract: Low-spin states of 131La have been reinvestigated via the 115In +20Ne reaction at 95 MeV with a pulsed beam and γ-ray spectroscopy. A doublet of excited states, 1/2+ at 230.3 keV and 7/2+ at 231.2 keV, has been definitely established in 131La. Low-spin state systematics in Z=57 and N=74 isotopes are presented and discussed.

Notes: Abstract High-spin states in154Er have been populated by bombarding147Sm and148Sm with12C particles. Excitation functions, lifetimes, angular distributions andγ-γ coincidences were measured. AT 1/2=35ns isomeric state atE x∼3 MeV has been found and is interpreted as a two-quasi-particle state with aligned angular momenta. A cascade of intense individual lines from states with spin up to at least 26 (excitation energy up to 8.543 MeV) was found to feed the isomeric state. The level sequence above this yrast trap exhibits an irregular pattern which cannot be easily interpreted in terms of collective modes.
