Notes: Abstract Two cases of congenital renal vascular malformation (cirsoid aneurysms) are reported. Both were associated with hypertension, and were detected by angiography. In one child, additional congenital intrarenal artery aneurysms were present. He became normotensive after heminephrectomy of the involved kidney.
