Zusammenfassung Durch die Zunahme diagnostischer und rekonstruktiver Arterieneingriffe gewinnt das Aneurysma spurium als typische Komplikation an Bedeutung. Es ensteht nach diagnostischen Eingriffen in ca. 1 % aus einem pulsierenden Hämatom. Aneurysmen durch Degeneration nach rekanalisierten Arterien oder Gefäßimplantaten sind selten. Das Nahtaneurysma nach rekonstruktiven Arterieneingriffen ist häufiger und in seiner Ätiologie vielseitiger. Ursachen (Infektion, ungeeigneter Arterienersatz, Prädisposition), Morphologie (Angiogramm, Operationssitus) und Wege der Behandlung werden an Beispielen der Chir. Univ. Klinik München (1964–1977: 6866 diagnostische und 6220 rekonstruktive Arterieneingriffe) demonstriert.

Summary Because of the increasing number of diagnostic and reconstructive arterial operations, false aneurysms have become more and more important as a typical complication. Following dignostic operations, a false aneurysm originates in 1 % in a pulsating hematoma. Aneurysms following degeneration of recanalized arteries or vascular grafts are rare. The anastomotic aneurysm following reconstructive arterial surgery is more frequent and shows a more differentiated etiology. The causes (infection, improper grafts, predispostion), morphology (aniogram, exposure during the operation), and kinds of treatments are demonstrated by 6866 diagnostic and 6620 reconstructive arterial operations from 1964–1977 (Univ. Munchen).
