Notizen:
Summary 1 10 min after the injection of 100 U heparin/kg body weight the plasma concentration of free fatty acids in newborn infants showed an increase from 0,95±0,39 to 2,04±0,53 mval/1000 ml. 2. The injection of 1 g of salt-poor Human-albumin/kg body weight effected an increase of free fatty acids from 1,11±0,22 to 1,46±0,28 mval/1000 ml. 3. The increase of free fatty acids in plasma shows no essential influence on the bilirubin concentration in newborn infants with a hyperbilirubinemia up to 25 mg%. 4. A dose of 1 g of salt-poor Human-albumin given 20 min before the exchange bloodtransfusion did not effect a significant increase of the quantity of bilirubin eliminated by the exchange bloodtransfusion in mature newborn infants with a hyperbilirubinemia (20–25 mg%).
