    Notes: Zusammenfassung 1. Chromatographisch wird nachgewiesen; daß in 12 untersuchten Pollenarten definierter Herkunft als wasserlösliches Saccharid regelmäßig Saccharose vorhanden ist; meist treten auch Glucose und Fructose auf. 2. Die Pollen kommen als Quelle für die Vielheit der im Bienenhonig vorhandenen Saccharide nicht in Betracht. 3. An Hand des Schrifttums und eigener Erfahrungen wird vermutet, daß die Vielheit der Bienenhonig-Saccharide — abgesehen von der Tracht als Quelle — auf sekundäre Umsetzungen (durch Enzyme im sauren Milieu) der präformierten Zuckerarten zurückzuführen ist.
