Zusammenfassung Es läßt sich somit sagen, daß bei der Untersuchung der Milz die Szintigraphieallein eine ausreichende Methode zur präoperativen Aussage über Form, Größe, Lage und Parenchymdefekten ist. Bei Operationen an der Leber ist neben der Szintigraphie auch die selektive Angiographie eine wertvolle Ergänzung zur Planung des operativ-taktischen Vorgehens. Beide Untersuchungen stellen heute wichtige diagnostische Requisiten in der präoperativen Bauchdiagnostik dar.

Summary It may be stated that in the case of clinical studies of the spleen scintigraphyby itself is an adequate method to obtain preoperative information on the shape, size, position, and parenchymal defects. For hepatic operations, apart from scintigraphy, selective angiography is also a valuable supplement for the planning of the surgical procedure. At the present time both techniques represent an important diagnostic prerequisite for preoperative abdominal diagnosis.
