Si è osservata saldatura e continuità dell'epidermide. Gli abbozzi delle parti ventrali dei parabionti si sviluppano e differenziano in maniera autonoma; solo I'intestino medio risulta unico.

    Notes: Résumé On présente l'étude caryologique des trois espèces d'Esturgeons des eaux italiennes. L'espèceHuso huso a un nombre diploide d'environ 116, dont 34 couples de chromosomes métacentriques et submétacentriques, 3 couples de chromosomes acrocentriques, et environ 38 microchromosomes. L'espèceAcipenser sturio est caracterisée par environ 116 chromosomes, dont 35 couples métacentriques et submétacentriques, 2 couples de petits acrocentriques, et 40 microchromosomes. L'espèceAcipenser Naccarii est caracterisée par 240 chromosomes environ, soit, 75 couples de chromosomes métacentriques et submétacentriques, 6 couples d'acrocentriques et environ 78 microchromosomes. Les données caryologiques sont confrontées avec la systénatique des Acipenseridae.

    Notes: Summary The lengths of the chromosomes during mitotic and meiotic cycles of the male germ cells ofAnacridium aegyptium L. (Orthoptera) have been measured: the shortening of the chromosomes was found to be about the same in the spermatogonial mitosis and in the 2nd meiotic division from prophase to metaphase (about 3:1); as well as from the premetaphase to the mid-metaphase of mitosis and from diplotene to the 1st metaphase of meiosis (about 2:1). In mitosis the longer chromosomes become shorter than the shorter ones; the contrary is true for zygotene to pachytene; the same in the other stages of meiosis.
