    Description / Table of Contents: Synthesis of Mono- and Bicyclic DiazasilaalkenesLithium salts of hydrazones react with difluorosilanes to give the (fluorosilyl)hydrazones 1 - 7. The reaction of 1 - 7 with tert-butyllithium leads intramolecularily to the mono- and bicyclic diazasilaaikenes 8 - 14. Lithiated 12 reacts with chlorotrimethylsilane to give 15.  -  The mass and NMR spectra of the compounds are reported.
    Notes: Lithiumsalze von Hydrazonen reagieren mit Difluorsilanen zu den (Fluorsilyl)hydrazonen 1 - 7. Die Reaktion von 1 - 7 mit tert-Butyllithium führt intramolekular zur Bildung der mono- und bicyclischen Diazasilaalkene 8 - 14. Die Verbindung 12 reagiert nach Lithiierung mit Chlortrimethylsilan zu 15.  -  Die Massen- und NMR-Spektren der Verbindungen werden mitgeteilt.

    Description / Table of Contents: Synthesis of (Fluorosilyl)hydrazones and Cyclization to 1,2-Diaza-3-sila-5-cyclopentenes(Fluorosilyl)hydrazones 2 - 5 are formed in the reaction of lithiated hydrazones 1 with fluorosilanes. On reaction with butyllithium 2 - 5 cyclize to give the five-membered heterocycles 8 - 11. Substituted compounds 6, 7 are obtained in a competing reaction. - The mass, 1H, 19F, and29Si-NMR spectra of the compounds prepared are reported.
    Notes: (Fluorsilyl)hydrazone 2-5 entstehen aus lithiierten Hydrazonen 1 mit Fluorsilanen. Die Reaktion von 2-5 mit Butyllithium führt unter Cyclisierung zur Bildung der fünfgliedrigen Heterocyclen 8-11. In einer Konkurrenzreaktion werden substituierte Verbindungen 6, 7, gebildet. - Die Massenspektren, 1 H-, 19F- und 29Si-NMR-Spektren der dargestellten Verbindungen werden mitgeteilt.

    Notes: α-Si3N4 is synthesized by an ammonia thermal synthesis using a cyclic oligosilazane, [(CH3)2SiNH]4, as the starting material. [(CH3)2SiNH]4 reacts in the presence of ammonia at 900°C and 80 MPa pressure to give silicon nitride imide (Si2N2NH). Subsequently, Si2N2NH is converted into α-Si3N4 by thermal decomposition at 1500°C and 0.1 MPa nitrogen with the simultaneous loss of NH3.

    Notes: [Me2SiNBFN(SiMe3)2]3 (1) is synthesized in the reaction of trilithiated hexamethylcyclotrisilazane with F2BN(SiMe3)2. The mono- and dilithium derivatives of the six-membered ring (Me2SiNH)2 Me2SiNSiFMe2 react with the F2B-substituted cyclotrisilazane F2B(NSiMe2)3(SiFMe2)2 in the molar ratio 1:1 or 1:2 to give the BF-coupled rings 2 and 3. The crystal structure analysis of 1 and 3 and pyrolysis of 1 and 3 with formation of silicon boron carbonitride and its crystallisation to composite powders at very high temperatures are reported.
