Zusammenfassung Nach der Definition des Begriffes „gelenknah“ wird über 77 gelenknahe Pseudarthrosen der oberen Extremität (ausschließlich Schultergürtel und Handskelet) berichtet, wovon 38 Patienten nachuntersucht wurden, die bei uns untersucht, begutachtet oder behandelt wurden. 23mal wurden Patienten operativ versorgt, wobei 7mal eine Ulnarisverlagerung oder Fragmententfernung, in 13 Fällen Metallosteosynthesen mit Spanverpflanzung und 3mal übrige Osteosynthese durchgeführt wurden. 10mal führte die Spananlagerung zum knöchernen Durchbau, 4mal wurde ein klinisch wie subjektiv gutes Ergebnis erreicht, 4 weitere waren subjektiv zufrieden, 2mal war der klinische und subjektive Befund schlecht. Aus dem Krankengut werden dann Beispiele der Behandlung gegeben.

Summary Following the definition of the term “pararticular” a report on 77 cases of pararticular pseudarthrosis of the upper extremity (shoulder and hand excluded) is given. Of these 38 patients who were examined, judged and treated by us, were reexamined. 23 patients were treated surgically: 7 translocations of the ulnar nerve or removal of fragments, 13 cases of metallic osteosynthesis with implantation of bone grafts and 3 patients with different osteosynthesis. In 10 cases bone grafting achieved solid consolidation, 4 times a good result in clinical and subjective respect was obtained; 4 further patients were satisfied subjective and 2 had poor results (subjective and clinical). Examples for treatment are given from our clinical material.
