Abstract Three patients with neonatal adrenal haemorrhage (NAH), presenting with various signs and symptoms, are reported. The role of ultrasonography in diagnosis and management of this entity is emphasized. Conservative management is advocated, once the diagnosis is confirmed. Surgery is indicated only for cases of uncontrollable haemorrhage.
