Notes:
Summary Of 15 patients hospitalized because of Israeli spotted fever, 3 developed arthritis during the course of the disease. Treatment with tetracycline was accompanied by full remission of the spotted fever including the arthritis. This suggests that arthritis is not a rare complication of Israeli spotted fever.
