Abstract A sequential polydepsipeptide containing a tripeptide sequence L-alanyl-Lalanylγ-ethyl L-glutamyl and anα-hydroxy acid L-lactic acid, poly(Ala-Ala-Glu(OEt)-Lac), was synthesized to prepare the microspherical particles by the solvent evaporation process.
