Zusammenfassung Von 1980 bis 1984 wurde bei 345 Patienten eine zementfreie Judet-Prothese als Hüftgelenksersatz implantiert. 162mal wurden Spongiosatransplantationen unter Anwendung des Fibrinklebesystems erforderlich. Besonders geeignet erwies sich diese Methode bei Patienten mit großen Knochendefekten (Prothesenwechsel (30%) und Dysplasien). Hier erleichtert die Spongiosaplastik in Verbindung mit dem FKS die vollständige knöcherne Ummantelung der Prothese erheblich. Ein rascher Einbau der Implantatteile konnte rÜntgenologisch gesichert werden.

Summary Between 1980 and 1984 total hip replacement using the noncemented Judet prosthesis was carried out in 345 patients. In 162 cases transplantation of spongy bone, with the additional use of fibrin-tissue adhesive, became necessary. This method has proved especially useful in patients with large bone defects (change of hip prosthesis, 30%, and dysplasias). In these cases complete osseous enclosure of the prosthesis is facilitated by the bone transplant combinated with fibrin adhesive. The implanted material is integrated at an earlv stage, as could be shown by X-ray film.
