Summary The dependence of thermally stimulated depolarization current /TSC/ on morphological structure of polypropylene /PP/ films has been determined. Different morphologies in the investigated samples were arrised due to appropriate cooling conditions. The TSC maxima were correlated with the size of spherulites and attributed to the release of carriers traped at the crystalline and amorphous phase borders.
