Zusammenfassung Es wird das Extraktionsverhalten des Herbicides Aminotriazol (Amitrol) aus Böden sowie Möglichkeiten seiner Identifizierung und quantitativen Bestimmung auf photometrischer, flüssig- und dünnschicht-chromatographischer Basis diskutiert. Die Dansylierung sowie verschiedene LC-Trennmöglichkeiten des Amitrols von anderen Herbiciden sowie typische UV- und Massenspektren werden gezeigt.

Summary The extraction behaviour of the herbicide aminotriazole (amitrole) from soils and possibilities of its identification and quantitative determination by means of photometry, liquid and thin-layer chromatography are discussed. The dansylation of amitrole, several possibilities of its LC-separation from other herbicides and typical UV and mass spectra are presented.
