    Notes: In Deutschland geht der Patentschutz über das in den Patentansprüchen unmittelbar Aufgeführte hinaus. Dieser erweiterte Schutz des Erfinders führt jedoch zu einer gewissen Rechtsunsicherheit. Die Begriffe „Gegenstand der Erfindung“, „Stand der Technik“, „verschlechterte Ausführungsform“ und der „allgemeine Erfindungsgedanke“ werden hier daher neben anderen genauer definiert. An Beispielen wird gezeigt, wie die Interessen von Erfinder und Patentkläger zu umgrenzen sind und nach welchen Grundsätzen der Schutzumfang von Patenten durch die Gerichte im Verletzungsprozeß ausgelegt wird.

    Notes: The mass spectra of some amino acids have been studied using the field desorption method. All amino acids yield molecular or quasi-molecular ions, even in the case of arginine and cystine, where these ions cannot be detected with the electron-impact (EI) or chemical ionization (CI) methods. The fragmentation is reduced as compared to EI, CI and FI.
