Preparation, properties and structures of compounds P(OR)2F3 (R = CH3, C2H5, C6H5) are described. Acetonitrilic solutions contain these compounds as [P(OR)4]+ and [PF6]- ions. The methyl and ethyl compound also contain these ion types in the solid state, whereas the solid phenyl compound has a molecular structure.

Es wird über Darstellung, Eigenschaften und Aufbau der Verbindungen P(OR)2F3 mit R = CH3, C2H5 und C6H5 berichtet. Acetonitrillösungen enthalten die Verbindungen in Form von [P(OR)4]+- und [PF6]--Ionen. Die Methyl- und die Äthylverbindung sind im festen Zustand ebenfalls aus diesen Ionenarten aufgebaut, während die Phenylverbindung im festen Zustand einen molekularen Aufbau zeigt.
