Notes: Summary In the case of chronic nodular cutaneous reticulosis, reported here, the existing cells were essentially composed of big, medium-sized and small reticular cells as well as of histiocytical, small lymphcytical, mesolymphocytical and lymphoblastic round cells originating from reticular cells, rounding of their cell body and apparently modificating their function. Yet the histiocytical, mesolymphocytical and lymphoblastic round cells possess the ability of multiplication by homoioplastic and heteroplastic mitotic cell division. Mast cells were frequently encountered, plasma cells were lacking. The nuclear germination with constriction of minute nuclei and minute cells appears to be remarkable; this process has nothing to do with caryonomy or meroamitosis.
