Zusammenfassung Es wurde die photometrische Bestimmungsmethode für Phosphorsäure-Ester, die auf der Oxydation des o-Dianisidins basiert, für die quantitative Bestimmung der insecticiden Carbamate herangezogen. Es zeigte sich, da\ man leicht Eichgeraden für solche Bestimmungen festlegen kann. Die statistische Bearbeitung der Versuchsergabnisse ergab, da\ diese Arbeitsmethode sehr empfindlich und zuverlä\lich ist. Die untere Konzentrationsgrenze für solche Bestimmungen liegt etwa bei 0,003% im Reaktionsgemisch (10 ml), was einer Carbamatmenge von 0,03 Μg entspricht.

Summary The method of spectrophotometric determination of esters of phosphoric acid based on the oxidizing reaction of o-dianisidine has been applied in the quantitative analyses of insecticide carbamates. It has been shown that the calibration curves for such determinations may easily be prepared. The calibration curve constants (a and b) as well as the values of standard deviations in photometric measurements (σ, Table) for a series of insecticide carbamates the application of which has been recommended by the World Health Organisation by the name OMS (Organisation mondiale de la Santé) are cited. Statistical elaboration of the results obtained shows that this analytical method is distinguished by great sensitivity and reliability. The lower limit for determination of carbamates by the oxidizing reaction of o-dianisidine is about 0.003 per cent in the reaction mixture (10 ml) corresponding to 0.03 Μg of carbamates (γ).
