Summary As found in a large number of autospies, 0.24% of the cardiac coronary vessels showed anomalies; in 3.5% of the hearts the coronary ostia were displaced vertically, and in 0.4% the coronary arteries arose from the adjacent sinus aortae. A marked frequency of anomalies was not observed in malformations of the heart. The life expectancy as a result of anomalies of the coronary artery is not diminished.

Zusammenfassung In einem grö\eren Sektionsmaterial fanden sich 0,24% HerzkranzgefÄ\anomalien im engeren Sinn, 3,5% wesentliche vertikale Verlagerungen der Ostien und in 0,4% AbgÄnge von Kranzarterien aus benachbarten Sinus aortae. Eine auffallende HÄufigkeit der Anomalien bei Mi\bildungen des Herzens wurde nicht beobachtet. Die Lebenserwartung ist infolge der Coronararterienanomalien nicht herabgesetzt.
