Résumé 1. L'importance du lobe postérieur de l'hypophyse du point de vue anatomique, pathophysiologique et pharmacologique est soulignée. 2. La bibliographie sur le problème de l'ainsi dit “Antidiabète insipide” est passée en revue. 3. Trois cas probablement concernant la maladie en question sont décrites.
