Notes: Organophosphorus Compounds, 71[1]. - Phosphaalkynes and Phosphaalkenes as Trapping Partners for 1,2-Dehydrobenzene and Phenylium-2-carboxylate[2]The reaction of benzene-1-diazonium-2-carboxylate (6) and of diphenyliodonium-2-carboxylate (7) with the phosphaalkynes 4 under thermal conditions leads to the formation of the 1,2-dihydro-1,3-diphosphetes 10. With the phosphaalkenes 12 the benzenediazoniumcarboxylate 6 reacts with loss of nitrogen to give the so far unknown arylphosphaalkenes 13, the methanolysis of which afford the acylarylphosphanes 14. 1,2-Dehydrobenzene (1), generated by β-elimination starting with 15 or 16, does not react with the phosphaalkyne 4a (→ 5, R = tBu) but can be trapped by an insertion reaction with the phosphaalkenes 12 with formation of 17.
