    Notes: Abstract A relativistic version of the3 P 0 model is proposed. We adopt a bag model and assume that aq $$\bar q$$ pair is connected with a Coulomb type gluon. The strong interaction vertices ofρ 0→π 〉+ π − and meson-nucleon couplings are explained consistently by a parameterγ, which specifies the strength of theq $$\bar q$$ pair creation and annihilation vertices.
