    Description / Table of Contents: Zusammenfassung Für viele Experimente an Hunden ist ein sicherer Zugang zum Duodenum nötig und die Erhaltung des gesamten Dünndarms wünschenswert. Mit der Verwendung des gestielten Coecums sind beide Bedingungen erfüllt. Durch die zusätzliche Bildung einer Invagination im Coecum wird die Fistel kontinent.
    Notes: Summary A safe access to the duodenum is needed in various experiments in dogs and it would be desirable to preserve the whole small bowel. Using the cecum to create a fistula both conditions can be met. An additional invagination of the cecum keeps the fistula continent.
