Zusammenfassung Es wurden Untersuchungen zum Nachweis von Tetrahydrocannabinolen in Kopf-, Achsel- und Schamhaaren, gewonnen von Haschischrauchern, durchgeführt. Die gemessenen Konzentrationen, die mittels Radioimmunoassay bestimmt wurden, lagen im Bereich von 0,4 ng/mg Haare bis zu 3,8 ng/mg Haare. Die Werte stellen die Summe von Tetrahydrocannabinolen und Metaboliten dar. Das Vorhandensein der Droge in den Haarproben wurde zusätzlich mittels GC/MS nachgewiesen.

Summary The study investigates the presence of tetrahydrocannabinols in the head hair and the public and axillary hair. The hair samples were obtained from hashish smokers. The concentrations were determined by radioimmunoassay and reflect total tetrahydrocannabinols and metabolites. The values found ranged from 0.4 ng/mg hair up to 3.8 ng/mg hair. The presence of the drug in the hair samples was also demonstrated by GC/MS.
