La mancanza di efficacia della carbamazepina nel prevenire lo stato di male epilettico da sospensione di clonazepam viene discussa.
    Notes: Abstract We describe two patients in whom clonazepam withdrawal status epilepticus occurred in spite of therapeutic levels of carbamazepine in plasma and cere-brospinal fluid. The failure of carbamazepine to prevent clonazepam withdrawal status epilepticus is discussed.

La terapia sostitutiva con folati migliorò il quadro clinico, ematico e neurofisiologico.
    Notes: Abstract A woman with peripheral neuropathy and cerebral atrophy, both secondary to a selective folic acid deficiency caused by severe gastrointestinal disturbances, was given folic acid replacement therapy, which improved her clinical, blood and neurophysiological status.
