    Notes: Abstract Rhizoctonia oryzae-sativae, the anamorph of Ceratobasidium setariae, is transferred to Ceratorhiza. A discussion of teleomorph and anamorph taxonomy and nomenclature is also given and it is concluded that, for the present, there is only one holomorph species.
