Saturation Pressure of GaCl3 and InCl3The saturation pressure of GaCl3 and InCl3 was measured in a Membran Zero Manometer. The enthalpy and entropy of sublimation or evaporation were derived from the temperature functions of the partial pressure via the constants of dissoziation.

Der Gesamtsättigungsdruck über Galliumtrichlorid und Indiumtrichlorid wurde im Membrannullmanometer gemessen. Aus den Temperaturfunktionen der Partialdrücke wurden über die Dissoziationskonstanten die Sublimations- bzw.
