Notes: Abstract We report a case of congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis (HPS) associated with jaundice. The hepatic bilirubin uridine diphosphate glucuronyltransferase activity was low at the time of pylorotomy and 4 years later. In view of this observation, we discuss the significance of jaundice in HPS as a possible early manifestation of Gilbert's syndrome.
