Steroids, 28. Preparation of Steroid Hormone Analogs from 2.3β-Imino-5α-androstan-17β-ol and 2β-Amino-3α-chlor-5α-androstan-17β-ol2.3β-Imino-5α-androstan-17β-ol (2a) was synthesized from 2.3α-epoxy-5α-androstan-17-one via the corresponding azidoalcohol tosylate and converted into 2β-amino-3α-chlor-5α-androstan-17β-ol (3). From these two compounds oxazolines, thioxothiazolidines, aminoalcohols and aminothiols were prepared.

2.3β-Imino-5α-androstanol-(17β) (2a) wurde aus 2.3α-Epoxy-5α-androstanon-(17) über den entsprechenden Azidoalkoholsulfonsäureester synthetisiert und zu 3α-Chlor-2β-amino-5α-androstanol-(17β) (3) umgesetzt. Aus diesen beiden Verbindungen wurden Oxazoline, Thioxothiazolidine, Aminoalkohole und Aminothiole dargestellt.
