Zusammenfassung Parallelversuche mit beschallten und unbeschallten Kaninchen. Sowohl bei der Implantation von kanzerogenen Substanzen und der Transplantation von Hirntumoren, als auch bei der Implantation von Mammatumoren kommt es bei unbeschallten Versuchstieren in kurzer Zeit neben einer raschen Tumorausbreitung zu Erkrankungen der inneren Organe, u. a. zu Leberstauungen, Herz- und Hirnödemen und zum Exitus. Bei den beschallten Versuchstieren Wachstumsstillstand und Eliminierung der implantierten und transplantierten Hirn- und Mammatumoren. Überleben der Versuchstiere. Makroskopisch keine Erkrankung innerer Organe, kein Hirnödem.

Summary Controlled experiments with treated and untreated rabbits. For the untreated animals, the implantation of cancerigenic substances and transplantation of breast tumors quickly leads to rapid spreading of the tumors and thus to diseases of internal organs - liver, heart and brain (edema a. o.) and death. The treated animals exhibit no further growth and elimination of the implanted and transplanted brain and breast tumors. The experimental animals survived. There was no macroscopic disease of the internal organs, no cerebral edema.
