Notizen:
Abstract Genuine stress incontinence is a common problem whose pathogenesis stems from a disturbance of the normal anatomy and innervation of the bladder neck and proximal urethra. A thorough understanding of this, as well as a methodical and logical investigation of the problem, will ensure correct patient selection and achieve a good long-term cure. The authors present a discussion of stress incontinence and its investigation.
