Zusammenfassung Bei der Versorgung einer aufgefaserten Zerreißung der tibio-fibularen Syndesmose bei Sprunggelenksluxationsfrakturen vom Typ C nach Weber wird eine Rekonstruktion des zerrissenen Bandapparates mit der gestielten Sehne des M. peronaeus brevis als autologem Bandersatz durchgeführt. In dem Film wird die Technik der Operation sowie die Nachbehandlung gezeigt und diskutiert.

Summary It is difficult to restore a complete rupture of the tibiofibular ligament in type-C Weber fractures of the ankle joint. Repair by means of the autologous tendon of the musc. peron. brevis is demonstrated. The operative technique and postoperative management are shown.
