Conclusions 1. The rotation frequencies of a number of radicals in the liquid phase and their temperature dependences, as well as the frequencies of double collisions, were determined by the EPR method. Activation energies and preexponential factors were found for both these processes. 2. The data obtained permit us to evaluate the ratios of the frequencies of rotational and translational motions of the particles in the liquid phase and to represent the mechanism of these motions. 3. Some consideration pertaining to the values of the prexponential factors in liquid-phase chemical reactions and their temperature dependence, as well as the cell effect in the liquid, have been developed.
