Notes:
Summary 1. It has been shown that the caustic wastes obtained from diesel fuels from mixed Turkmen and Fergana crudes can be processed by steaming, thermal deoiling, acidification, and distillation of the acidol [mixed naphthenic acids] to produce light and heavy naphthenic acid fractions in yields of 42 and 18% of the acidol weight, respectively, that meet the requirements of specification GOST 13302-67. 2. It has been found that the group chemical composition of the desired fractions is represented mainly by monocyclic and bicyclic naphthenic acids, with up to 20% fatty acids.
