Zusammenfassung Für die Konservierung menschlichen Spermas werden zwei Verfahren beschrieben. Sie sind technisch einfach. Der apparative Aufwand ist verglichen mit der Arbeitsweise von Behrman und Sawada gering. Das Ejaculat wird zunächst bei Raumtemperatur aufgearbeitet. Dann kommt es nach der Verdünnung mit einem Einfriermedium in Kunststoffröhrchen (Pailletten). Die abgefüllten Portionen werden zuerst für 20 min zur Abkühlung in eine Temperatur von +2° C, danach zum Einfrieren für 5 min in eine Stickstoffdampfphase von −80° C gebracht. Auf die Motilität bezogen sind die Ergebnisse gut. Für ein homogenes Ausgangsmaterial standen 20 Ejaculate zur Verfügung.

Summary For the storage of human semen two methods are described. Technically they are easy. The required equipment is simple compared to the procedure of Behrman and Sawada. Initially the ejaculate is worked up at room temperature. Thereafter it is diluted with a freezing medium and filled into plastic straws (paillettes). Then these portions are cooled by exposing them to a temperature of +2° C for 20 minutes. Thereafter they are placed into a phase of nitrogen vapor of −80° C for freezing. In regard to the motility the results are found to be good. For a homogenous basic material 20 ejaculates were available.
