    Description / Table of Contents: New polyaldehydes, vanacryl and covanacryls (poly(4-formyl-2-methoxyphenyl methacrylate) and poly(4-formyl-2-methoxyphenyl methacrylate-co-allyl alcohol)) were used to immobilize invertase and glucose oxidase. The parameters of the immobilization reaction as well as the properties of the enzymes thus immobilized (activity as a function of pH, apparent km, stability as a function of time during intermittent or continuous use in columns) were studied.
    Notes: De nouveaux polyaldéhydes, le vanacryl et les convanacryls (polyméthacrylate de vanilline et copolymères d'alcool allylique et de méthacrylate de vanilline, respectivement) ont été utilisés comme supports pour immobiliser l'invertase et la glucose oxydase. Les paramètres de la réaction d'immobilisation et les propriétés de l'enzyme immobilisée (activité en fonction du pH, km apparent, stabilité au cours du temps, utilisation intermittente et utilisation en continu sur colonne) ont été étudiées.
