Notes:
The 1H and 13C NMR resonances for ractopamine hydrochloride have been assigned. H,H-COSY and H,C-COSY were used to assign the aliphatic moiety of the molecule and to correlate protons and carbons on the same ring system. Long-range selective proton decoupling (LSPD) experiments were used to assign quaternary carbons and to distinguish the two ring systems.
