Notes:
Based on the Hamiltonian theory and method of elasticity, a ring and a circularhyper-analytical-elements are constructed and formulated. The hyper-analytical-elements give aprecise description of the displacement and stress fields in the vicinity of crack tip for the bilinearcohesive crack model. The new analytical element can be implemented into finite element methodprogram systems to solve crack propagation problems for plane structures with arbitrary shapes andloads. Numerical results for typical problems show that the method is simple, efficient and accurate
