Zusammenfassung Es wird ein Verfahren beschrieben, das die Ultrafiltration von 0,1 ccm Blutserum oder Plasma zur Bestimmung der ultrafiltrierbaren Fraktion des im Blut enthaltenen Calciums zum Gegenstand hat. Die Methode wurde in der für diesen Zweck allgemein üblichen Weise geprüft und zeitigte Ergebnisse, deren Zuverlässigkeit etwa die gleiche wie die der gewöhnlich angewendeten Makrobestimmungsverfahren ist.
Abstract:
Résumé (W) On décrit un procédé qui a pour but l'ultrafiltration de 0,1 cmc. de serum sanguin ou de plasma, en vue de la détermination de la fraction «ultrafiltrable» du calcium contenu dans le sang. La méthode a été expérimentée dans ce but selon la manière habituelle et les résultats actuels sont aussi probants que ceux des macrométhodes ordinaires.

Summary A procedure is described for the ultrafiltration of 0,1 ml of blood serum or plasma for determination of the ultrafilterable fraction of the blood calcium. The procedure has been checked by the tests commonly used for this purpose, and yields results whose validity is about that of the usual macro determinations.
