Conclusions The experiments verified the efficiency of the oscillator and the agreement between its characteristics and the set tasks. For the studied reactor operation and a certain limited range of frequencies, the dynamics of the reactor can be represented by a simple model with a single power reactance coefficient and a corresponding time constant. For a more detailed investigation of the dynamics of the reactor and of the installation, we have to make a great number of experiments at various operational levels of the reactor. It is possible to extend the range of measurements into the region of low frequencies. Then, with the same oscillator, it would be possible to plot the wide-band pseudorandom perturbations. This will shorten the reactor experiment time. It would be desirable to conduct oscillator measurements when the reactor is operating on new forms of fuel, as this must substantially modify the dynamics of the active zone.
