Conclusions 1. In calculating the endurance for irregular loading using the results of the conventional fatigue tests, it is necessary to take into account the errors of determination of the parameters of the fatigue curves caused by the limited number of specimens tested in regular loading. 2. It has been confirmed that to predict the endurance of the aluminum alloys in random loading with zero mean load it is convenient to use the Corten-Dolan hypothesis in contrast to the linear hypothesis, which gives too-high endurance values. 3. In predicting the endurance of the D16AT aluminum alloy in irregular loading from the failure probability parameter, it is recommended to use the quantile form of the Corten-Dolan relationship (11) and the system of the tolerance ranges.
