Conclusions 1. The intraventricular injection of naloxone in a dose of 10 Μ/100 g does not lead to substantial changes in the concentration of ACTH, CS, AS, or TS in the blood plasma. 2. Intensity of the increase in a level of CS in a blood plasma induced by acute cooling or by the injection of a foreign protein does not change with the preliminary intraventricular injection of naloxone in the dose used. 3. The stress-induced changes in the concentration of AS and TS are significantly perturbed against the background of the intraventricular injection of naloxone; this makes it possible to surmise the participation of the CNS receptors blocked by naloxone in the realization of these hormonal shifts in response to the Stressors applied.
