    Notes: Beweise gegen postulierte ungewöhnlich stabile Primärozonide von 1,4-Dichlor-2-butenenOzonolysen von cis- und trans-1,4-Dichlor-2-buten (1) in Methanol ergaben ca. äquimolare Anteile an 2-Chlor-1-methoxyethanol (6a) und 2-Chlor-1-methoxyethylhydroperoxid (7a) als Hauptprodukte sowie eine geringe Menge 2,2′-Dichlor-1-hydroxy-1′-methoxydiethylperoxid (8a). Ozonolyse von 1 in [D4]Methanol ergab die entsprechenden deuterierten Produkte 6c-8c. Die postulierte Existenz von ungewöhnlich stabilen Primärozoniden 2 wird widerlegt.

    Description / Table of Contents: About the Ozone Cleavage of Chloroprene and of 2-Chloro-3-methyl-1,3-butadiene in MethanolMonoozonolyses of chloroprene (1a) and of 2-chloro-3-methyl-1,3-butadiene (1b) in methanol occur with more than 90% at the non-chlorinated double bonds to afford the corresponding α,β-unsaturated oxo compounds 2 with selectivities of 96 and 80% respectively. The latter subsequently react with methanol, and 2a also with the complementary fragment methoxymethyl hydroperoxide (5). The α,β-unsaturated methoxy hydroperoxides 3 which have also been obtained, are less stable than similarly structured, non-α-chlorinated methoxy hydroperoxides. Diozonolyses of 1a and 1b in methanol afforded in 50-60% the corresponding α-oxocarboxylates (21) and/or the correponding ketals. In addition, anomalous products were obtained viz. ca. 15% of methyl hydroxyacetate (12d) from 1a and 1b, as well as ca. 30% of dimethyl oxalate (27b) from 1a and ca. 35% of methyl acetate (13) from 1b. The modes of formation of these products have been postulated according to model reactions.
    Notes: Chloropren (1a) und 2-Chlor-3-methyl-1,3-butadien (1b) werden bei Monoozonolysen in Methanol zu über 90% an den nicht chlorierten Doppelbindungen und zu 96 bzw. 80% zu α,β-ungesättigten Oxo-Verbindungen (2) gespalten. Diese gehen mit Methanol, 2a auch mit dem komplementären Methoxymethylhydroperoxid (5) Folgereaktionen ein. Die ebenfalls erhaltenen α,β-ungesättigten Methoxyhydroperoxide 3 sind instabiler als analoge nicht α-chlorierte Methoxyhydroperoxide ähnlicher Struktur. Diozonolysen von 1a und 1b in Methanol lieferten zu ca. 50-60% die entsprechenden α-Oxocarbonsäureester (21) und/oder deren Ketale. Daneben wurden jedoch auch anomale Produkte erhalten, nämlich ca. 15% Hydroxyessigsäure-methylester (12d) aus 1a und aus 1b, sowie ca. 30% Oxalsäure-dimethylester (27b) aus 1a bzw. 35% Essigsäure-methylester (13) aus 1b. Aufgrund von Modellreaktionen wurde die Bildungsweise dieser Produkte formuliert.
