Conclusions The hydraulic resistance of the PNM in the direction parallel to the plane of the nets is 1.3–1.6 times higher than in the perpendicular direction. The values of the coefficients of hydraulic resistance of the PNM are lower than in the materials made of the particles of irregular form and similar to the values typical of the materials made of spherical particles. In the direction perpendicular to the plane of the nets, the experimental values of the heat conductivity coefficient at porosity values higher than 0.45 are in satisfactory agreement with those calculated using Koch's dependence [7], whereas at the lower porosity the experimental values deviate from the calculated data to lower heat conductivity values. The strength characteristics, hydraulic resistance, heat conductivity, and the uniformity of permeability of the PNMs examined satisfy the requirements imposed on structural members cooled by lowing with intensive thermal loading.
