    Description / Table of Contents: Résumé L'étude d'une population de 249 sujets suivis régulièrement par l'Abbaye (Institution spécialisée de soins ambulatoires aux toxicomanes) nous a permis de construire une typologie en 6 groupes. Ceux-ci sont déterminés essentiellement par 3 facteurs, eux-mêmes correlés entre eux: l'âge, l'origine sociale, le mode d'usage de toxique. S'il peut être observé dans toutes les catégories sociales, l'usage de toxique semble, en effet, posséder des caractères propres suivant le contexte sociologique et socio-économique dans lequel il s'inscrit.
    Notes: Summary A typological analysis was carried out on 249 drug addicts attending for regular outpatient care at a specialist institution (Abbaye). Six groups were identified. They were distinguishable by their mean scores on age, social origin and style of drug use, these variables being intercorrelated. Although drug abuse can be found in all social categories, its manifestation seems to be influenced by the sociological and socioeconomic contexts within which it develops.

    Description / Table of Contents: Résumé L'étude des modalités de prise en charge ambulatoire proposées par l'Association l'Abbaye à de jeunes toxicomanes en souligne la diversité. Cette grande variété des modèles thérapeutiques proposés se superpose à l'hétérogénéité de la population traitée. Un tiers des sujets environ, polytoxicomanes désinsérés sur le plan familial et social, accapare à lui seul la plus grande partie de l'activité des équipes de soins. Multidemandeurs face aux diverses options qu'elles leur proposent, ce sont également eux qui font le plus souvent appel aux autres institutions. Une prise en charge importante par entretiens réguliers centrés sur un intervenant privilégié permet de faire face aux difficultés d'un autre tiers de la population. Si l'intoxication est sévère dans 2 cas sur 3, l'insertion sociale de ces sujets n'est pas encore trop gravement compromise. Enfin, le reste de la population relève de modes de prise en charge différenciés où les facteurs sociologiques apparaissent fortement corrélés au type de soins apportés: contacts de soutien léger pour les uns, aides ponctuelles pour les autres. Cette étude ouvre la voie à un travail d'évaluation des processus de prévention et de soin de la toxicomanie et met en évidence l'importance des facteurs sociologiques en matière d'indication thérapeutique pour les jeunes usagers de psychotropes.
    Notes: Summary The study of outpatients care modalities offered to young drug-addicts by a specialized Institution (ABBAYE) shows a large diversity. This diversity goes with the heterogeneity of such a population. About one third of it — poly-intoxicated subjects with no familial and social insertion — takes up the main part of the teams activity and, most of the time, also calls on other institutions. An other third is handled by regular interviews with one person consulted. Drug-habit is heavy for two out of three of these subjects, but social insertion is not too seriously compromised. The remaining part of the population receives differentiated cares. Sociological factors are stongly correlated with the given type of cares. This study opens the way for an evaluative work on prevention and care processes and clearly shows the importance of sociological factors regarding therapeutical indication for young users of psychoactive-drugs.

    Notes: Zusammenfassung In einer Gemeinschaftsarbeit wird der Versuch unternommen, die Ergebnisse von Aktivatorbehandlungen aufgrund des Fernröntgenbildes zu vergleichen. Da sowohl klassische (starre) als auch aktivatorähnliche (elastische) Geräte verwendet wurden, kam es in der Auswertung unter anderem zum Vergleich dieser beiden Gruppen.

UV and IR spectra indicate the amino form for these compounds. In solid state, they are associated through N—H…N bonds, the nitrogen atom of the thiazole ring serving as an acceptor of protons.
    Notes: 2-Heteroarylamino-thiazole lassen sich nach der Methode von HANTZSCH aus heteroaromatisch substituierten Thioharnstoffen darstellen. Die UV- und IR-spektroskopische Untersuchung zeigt, daß diese Verbindungen in der Aminoform vorliegen. Sie sind im festen Zustand über N—H…N-Brücken assoziiert, wobei das Ringstickstoffatom des Thiazols als Protonenakzeptor fungiert.
