A patient is described with the vascular abnormality typical of Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber Syndrome, associated with hypotrophy of the affected leg, rather than hypertrophy, and with reduced blood How and a vascular necrosis of the femoral head (Perthe's Disease) on the same side. This case supports the idea that the abnormality of limb size results from the abnormality of blood flow. It is likely that blood flow is grossly uneven, due to AV anastamoses, and therefore measurement of total flow-is unhelpful.
