    Description / Table of Contents: Polyurethanes obtained by reacting mercapto-terminated oligobutadienes, decanedithiol and diisocyanate were investigated by electron microscopy and x-ray scattering. The dependence of the morphological structure on the content of short-chain dithiol is discussed. Heterogeneities in micro- and macroregions were observed, which are caused by crystalline regions and phase separation in chemically different blocks.
    Notes: Polyurethane auf der Basis von mercapto-terminierten Oligobutadienen, Decandithiol und Diisocyanat werden mittels Elektronenmikroskopie und Röntgenstreuung untersucht. Ihre morphologischen Besonderheiten werden in Abhängigkeit vom Gehalt an Kurzkettendithiol diskutiert. Es treten Heterogenitäten im Mikro- und Makrobereich auf, die durch kristalline Bereiche und Phasentrennung in chemisch unterschiedliche Blöcke bedingt sind.

    Description / Table of Contents: A series of polymers having pendant phenylbenzoate groups of different length was investigated by detailled x-ray measurements within a wide range of temperature. Very long flexible terminal chains were found to penetrate each other. Increase in temperature results in improved liquid-crystalline structure of polymers having methacrylate main chains but in less significant structural features with polymers based on acrylate main chains at T 〉 Tg.
    Notes: An einer Polymerreihe mit seitlichen Phenylbenzoatgruppen verschiedener Länge wurden eingehende röntgenographische Untersuchungen in einem weiten Temperaturbereich durchgeführt. Es konnte gezeigt werden, daß sehr lange flexible endständige Ketten ineinander eindringen. Eine Temperaturerhöhung führt zur Verbesserung der kristallin-flüssigen Struktur bei Polymeren mit Methacrylat-Hauptkette und zu einer gewissen Verschlechterung bei Polymeren mit Acrylat-Hauptkette bei T 〉 Tg.

    Description / Table of Contents: By means of small angle X-ray scattering at high temperature the processes of structure formation in systems of cisisoprene-rubber/oligo(isoprene dihydrazide)/m-phenylene-bismaleinimide are investigated. The systems had been prepared by two different methods: first, by mechanical mixing of the rubber with the linear blockcopolymer, and second, by formation of the respective blockcopolymer by reaction in the rubber matrix.
    Notes: Mit Hilfe der Hochtemperatur-Röntgenkleinwinkelstreuung wurden die Strukturbildungsprozesse in Systemen cis-Isoprenkautschuk/Oligo(isoprendihydrazid)/m-Phenylen-bismaleinimid untersucht. Die Systeme wurden nach zwei Verfahren hergestellt: erstens durch mechanische Mischung von Kautschuk mit dem linearen Blockcopolymer Poly-(isoprenimidhydrazid) und zweitens durch Reaktionsbildung des entsprechenden Blockcopolymers in der Kautschukmatrix.
