Reactivity Studies on Metal-Functionalized Phosphaarsenes and the Diarsene Aryl — As = Aryl (Aryl = 2,4,6-tBu3C6H2) Three-Membered heterocycles Containing Arsenic AtomsThe transition-metal-functionalized thiaphospharsiranes (2a); (2b), and (2c) are obtained from the reaction of (η5-C5H5)(CO)(PPh3)Fe—As = P — Aryl (1a) and (η5-C5Me5) (CO)2Fe—E1=E2 — Aryl (1b: E1 = As; E2 = P; 1c: E1 = P, E2 = As) with an equivalent amount of sulfur. Further treatment of 2c with sulfur leads to the thiaphospharsirane P-sulfide (6). The heterocycles (13) and (15) are generated from the diarsene Aryl—As = As—Aryl (12) and sulfur or diazomethane, respectively. Structure elucidation of 2a-c, 6, 13, and 15 is based on spectroscopy (IR, 1H, 13C, 31P NMR and MS).
Notes:
Die Übergangsmetall-funktionalisierten Thiaphospharsirane (2a), (2b), und (2c) sind durch Reaktion von (η5-C5H5)(CO)(PPh3)Fe—As = P — Aryl (1a) bzw. (η5-C5Me5) (CO)2Fe—E1=E2 — Aryl (1b: E1 = As, E2 = P; 1c: E1 = P, E2 = As) mit einem Äquivalent Schwefel zugänglich. Die Umsetzung von 2c mit weiterem Schwefel führt zum Thiaphospharsiran-P-sulfid (6). Die Heterocyclen Aryl—As—S—As—Aryl (13) und (15) entstehen aus dem Diarsen Aryl—As = As—Aryl (12) und Schwefel bzw. Diazomethan. Die Strukturaufklärung von 2a-c, 6, 13 und 15 erfolgte mittels spektroskopischer Methoden (IR, 1H-, 13C-, 31P-NMR und MS).
