The uretane elastomers cross-linked by the varying content of triethanolamine and 3-bromine-1,2-propanediol have been investigated by means of dielectric spectroscopy. The complex character of the glass-rubber transition has been determined. It results from different mechanisms of cross-linking (urethane and ionic bonds). The influence of content of cross-linking mixture on the microphase separation has been observed.
